Q. My show has been cancelled, what do I need to do?

A. Refunds are available at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets online from SmithsTix or AXS.com, AXS will automatically issue your refund back to the original credit card. Please Note: Refunds typically post to your statement within 30 business days from the cancellation announcement.

Q. My show has been postponed or rescheduled, what do I need to do?

Q. What is AXS Mobile ID and what happened to Flash Seats?

A. AXS Mobile ID is identity-based, digital ticketing technology that is now the preferred way to enter AXS ticketed events. This replaces the former Flash Seats experience. This feature brings state-of-the-art experiences to fans along with the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing their tickets on AXS.com or in the AXS App. Click here for more information about AXS Mobile ID. Q. What if I still have Flash Seats tickets?

A. The Flash Seats site and app have been completely discontinued, but fans are able to access and manage all tickets with AXS by signing into AXS using the same email associated with the original Flash Seats account.
